(Class of 2022) What I liked most about ADC was that they didn't change your image to something you weren't just because it might have been favorable for college. They really try and understand the students, and helped a ton with brainstorming which of their qualities and activities were most worth writing about. As cheesy as it sounds, they really do put bring out the best "you" in this process. The essay editing was very reliable; all the editors felt very approachable and made sure that the student was ok with the suggested changes (that it fit their original intentions). Having a document where all the essays from your schools were listed out was incredibly helpful (and similar topics were noted down so you didn't have to write the same topic more than once).
